These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of J3mma (the "Service"), an AI-powered job application and career coaching platform. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

J3mma helps you manage your job search by letting you upload resumes, save job descriptions, and generate AI-assisted materials such as cover letters, resume optimizations, interview preparation guides, mock interview simulations, presentations, and related career documents. J3mma also offers a guided workshop experience, application tracking tools, and a job-authenticity advisory check. J3mma is a productivity and coaching tool — it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

You must have a valid account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, documents, and other materials you upload or enter into J3mma ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant J3mma a limited license to store, process, and transmit it — including to third-party AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to operate and provide the Service to you, such as generating tailored documents and interview simulations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit, and for the accuracy of that content.

Cover letters, resumes, interview answers, scores, feedback, presentations, and other materials produced by J3mma are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided as drafts and suggestions only. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated material before relying on it, submitting it to an employer, or otherwise using it — including any interview readiness scores, authenticity assessments, or match analyses, which are advisory only and not a guarantee of outcome.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing or plan features with notice.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload content that infringes another person's rights or contains malicious code; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; misrepresent your identity or another person's credentials; or use AI-generated materials to knowingly submit fraudulent or materially false information to an employer.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as AI/LLM providers, email delivery, and payment processing) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of these third parties, though we select and configure them to support the Service in good faith.

You may stop using the Service and request account/data deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for extended inactivity, with notice where practicable.

The Service, including all AI-generated content, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose, including securing employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J3mma and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
